# Safety and trust

- A message without an unsubscribe line is never sent.
- An unsubscribe, or a reply asking to stop, is recorded for your whole company; nothing further is sent to that address.
- A reply stops the rest of the sequence.
- While someone at a company is mid-sequence, others there wait; each company has a cooling-off period.
- Messages send from your own Microsoft 365 or Gmail mailbox, never a shared sending service.
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC are checked at connect.
- Sending follows a pace you approved, inside your sending window.
- Only verified addresses are written to.
