An unsubscribe in every message
A message without an unsubscribe line is never sent.
One opt-out register for your company
An unsubscribe, or a reply asking to stop, is recorded for your whole company, and nothing further is sent to that address.
A reply stops the sequence
When someone answers, the rest of their sequence stops and the thread comes to you.
Not everyone at once
While someone at a company is mid-sequence, others there wait, and each company has a cooling-off period.

Your own mailbox
Messages send from your Microsoft 365 or Gmail mailbox. Nothing goes through a shared sending service.
Checked at connect
Your domain’s SPF, DKIM and DMARC records are read when you connect, and you are told plainly if it is not ready for cold email.
A pace you approved
Sending starts slowly and rises to a daily cap you chose, inside your sending window.
Verified addresses only
An address that is not verified, or has bounced, is held and never written to.
